Grown in the mountain community of La Yerba in Nayarit, Mexico, at an average of 956 meters on volcanic soil, this fully traceable natural from the Terruño Nayarita co-op is planted to 75% Caturra, 15% Mundo Novo and 10% Bourbon. Not a fruit bomb: light roasts show crisp citric acidity with peach and lime, mediums round out into caramel, malt and nuts with well above average sweetness.
